How Online Therapy Works
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
We meet by secure video, the same way you'd hop on any video call, except this one is private and encrypted. All you need is a device, an internet connection, and a space where you can talk freely. For a lot of my clients, online isn't the lesser option, it's the one that makes therapy possible at all.
When you're managing a serious illness or caring for someone who can't be left alone, getting to an office is often the very thing standing between you and support. Meeting by video means I come to you, on the days it's hard to leave the house and the days you just can't. Sessions run about 75 minutes.
